We can serve between 50 to 500 drinks per hour with our team of professional baristas and mobile coffee carts.

Most event coffee is decent at best. We're changing that: one cup at a time. Your guests deserve better than hours-old coffee that comes out of a spout. It’s our mission to keep them caffeinated and get them raving: with specially-made catered coffee drinks that are customizable to your event and perfectly suited to your guests' tastes (no matter how picky). We’re committed to taking care of all the logistics of your coffee catering service: so that you can impress without stress.
Questions others have asked before saying "yes!" to an unforgettable event
What cities do you serve?
We have Goodhart Coffee Catering headquarters in several cities across the US, including: Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, and Denver.
We also happily offer top-tier coffee cart catering, breakfast catering, brunch catering (which is to say, no matter your event: we're there!) in locations within 150 miles of our headquarters.
Want us for an event more than 150 miles from our nearest headquarters? We're all ears! (In fact: we've even traveled 1,200 miles each way for a few events.) We'll just need to charge additional fees for travel and accommodations.
What do you need in terms of setup?
Not too much! We're masters of bringing our coffee catering on the road and cleaning up after ourselves without a trace.
All we really need is:
A 5x5-foot space for each coffee cart rental so that our baristas have room to work
One dedicated circuit of power for each of our mobile coffee carts
A wheelchair-accessible location (since our carts get around on wheels)
A point of contact at the event to show our baristas where to set up
Our mobile espresso bars have everything else covered. (They even come with their own sinks!)
Do you serve at outdoor events?
Remind us to tell you about that time we set up in the middle of an Eastern Idaho field...
Short answer: yes! We love rolling our mobile espresso bar to both indoor and outdoor events. But please note that we might have to reschedule service or move indoors in the event of excess cold, wind, or precipitation.
If your event is outdoors, all we'll need is:
- A covering or awning for shade and/or weather protection.
- If temperatures are expected to be 40 °F or lower, we'll need you to provide our Goodhart Coffee Catering team one propane heater for each barista, along with a service location that's enclosed on three sides.
Do you serve at outdoor events?
It feels too easy to just say "everything you'll need for your coffee cart rental," but that's the truth! We send out a team of mobile baristas, along with a fully-stocked coffee cart of freshly-roasted coffee, dairy (including alternative milks like oat and almond), and flavor syrups to turn each cup of coffee into a true masterpiece.
We're all about full price transparency at Goodhart, which means that there are never any hidden fees. Your quote includes unlimited drinks for your guests (during your scheduled event time), travel, full mobile coffee cart set up, and breakdown.
Of course, add-ons like custom branding cost extra. But we'll be fully transparent about that pricing too.
