Cart Presentation Standards
All carts should meet the following presentation standards:
✅ Polished espresso machine
✅ No panel gaps
✅ Organized countertop
✅ Plenty of space to use as a hand off bar
✅ Organized back of house storage
✅ All equipment contained within the bounds of the cart when viewed from the front (cooler is exempt from this rule)
