Barista Bonus Policy

Here’s a list of activities that will result in a bonus reduction:
Showing up late to the warehouse
Forgetting custom branding
Forgetting critical items
Failure to follow dress code
Failure to serve for the full service duration
Putting out a tip jar when no tip jar was permitted by the client.
Failure to complete warehouse tasks

Failure to report completion and post photo of warehouse tasks
Failure to complete event report within 24 hours of event completion
