So you want to hire us….amazing! We’re excited to work with you. If you haven’t already head over to this page and fill out our questionnaire so we know all the important info about your event to ensure we give you the best possible service.

Once that’s complete, we’ll send you a digital invoice. A 50% deposit will secure your service date and time.

For single day events, we’ll typically show up 45 minutes before our scheduled service time for set up. We’ll serve you great coffee and keep everyone happy and caffeinated! The remaining 50% of your invoice will be due no later than seven days after event completion.

For Single Day Events:

We make your job easy. For single day events under 300 people all we need is power and a space to set up. We bring EVERYTHING else - staffing, water, ice, cups, coolers, power cords, tables and more. Just give us enough power outlets and a space to set up and we’ll be serving you delicious coffee in no time.

Depending on the menu choice, we’ll need between one and three dedicated 20 amp circuits in 110v.

For Multi Day Events:

Multi day events require more logistics and planning but we’ve always found that we fit in quite seamlessly with the existing caterer.

We’ll need:

  • Power (four to five dedicated 20 amp circuits in 110v)

  • Fresh potable water (roughly 50+ gallons a day, depending on guest count)

  • Refrigeration space

  • A covered service area of roughly 10 feet by 20 feet
